Network Overview

Nine nodes. One integrated platform.

AIC Hong Kong connects to Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia through regas terminals, power generators, industrial users, and city gas distributors — each a distinct channel in the platform's planned offtake network.

Section 01

Asia Demand Aggregation

JapanKoreaTaiwanSoutheast AsiaVolume Aggregation

AIC's Asia strategy is built around demand aggregation — the process of identifying, qualifying, and consolidating LNG offtake requirements from multiple buyers across Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia into a structured procurement mandate.

Aggregated demand enables AIC to approach U.S. LNG suppliers with credible volume commitments, access trade finance facilities sized to the consolidated cargo book, and negotiate shipping arrangements that reflect the full scope of the platform's intended throughput.

AIC-affiliated Asia companies are the intended primary channel for demand aggregation in each target market. These entities are designed to maintain local market presence, customer relationships, and regulatory standing appropriate to their respective jurisdictions.

Section 02

Regional Offtake Origination

Offtake AgreementsDES DeliveryFOB TermsPricing Formulas

Offtake origination is the commercial process of converting regional LNG demand into structured purchase agreements with defined pricing, delivery terms, and payment mechanisms. AIC intends to originate offtake through direct engagement with utilities, industrial users, power generators, and city gas distributors across target markets.

Offtake agreements are the foundational commercial instrument of the AIC platform. They define the revenue stream that supports trade finance facility sizing, supply contract negotiation, and shipping arrangement. Without confirmed offtake, no cargo proceeds.

AIC uses "planned offtake channels" and "regional customer engagement" to describe its origination activities. No statement is made that offtake agreements have been executed unless AIC confirms execution.

Section 03

Utilities, Industrial Users, and Power Buyers

Regulated UtilitiesIPPsIndustrial UsersCity Gas

AIC's target customer base in Asia spans three primary buyer categories: regulated utilities with long-term supply obligations, industrial users with process heat and feedstock requirements, and independent power producers with gas-fired generation assets.

Regulated utilities in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan represent the most creditworthy segment of the Asia LNG market. Their procurement processes are structured, their credit quality is investment-grade, and their offtake volumes are predictable. AIC intends to prioritize engagement with regulated utilities as anchor customers for the platform.

Industrial users and independent power producers represent a complementary segment — typically more flexible on contract terms, more responsive to spot and short-term supply, and increasingly active in Southeast Asia markets where gas-fired power generation is expanding.

Regas and Terminal Interfaces

FSRURegas TerminalsDES DeliveryDischarge Ports

LNG delivered to Asia requires regasification infrastructure — floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs), land-based regas terminals, or small-scale LNG receiving facilities. AIC's delivery model is designed around DES (Delivered Ex-Ship) terms, with AIC responsible for cargo delivery to the agreed discharge port.

AIC intends to engage with terminal operators and FSRU owners in target markets to confirm slot availability, berthing windows, and discharge procedures as part of the cargo planning process. Terminal interface is a logistics and commercial function managed by AIC LNG Trading Ltd. (Hong Kong) in coordination with the shipping SPV.

Southeast Asia presents a growing regas infrastructure opportunity — new FSRU deployments and small-scale LNG terminals are expanding the addressable market for delivered LNG in markets that previously lacked receiving infrastructure.

Section 05

Customer Credit and Payment Support

Letters of CreditInvestment GradeReceivablesPayment Terms

Customer credit quality is a direct input into AIC's trade finance facility structure. Trade finance banks evaluate the credit quality of the offtake counterparty as a component of the receivables that support the borrowing base. Investment-grade offtake counterparties enable larger facilities and more favorable terms.

AIC intends to support customers with payment mechanisms appropriate to their credit profile and market context. Letters of credit from investment-grade banks are the preferred payment instrument. For customers with strong credit but limited LC issuance capacity, AIC intends to evaluate alternative payment support structures in consultation with trade finance lenders.

Customer payment support is not a subsidy — it is a commercial structuring function that aligns the payment mechanism with the trade finance facility requirements and the risk appetite of the platform.

Section 06

Local Market Execution

AIC Asia CompaniesLocal PresenceRegulatory StandingMarket Intelligence

AIC-affiliated Asia companies are the intended local execution vehicles in each target market. These entities are designed to maintain the regulatory standing, commercial relationships, and market intelligence required to originate offtake, manage customer relationships, and coordinate delivery logistics in their respective jurisdictions.

Local market execution encompasses customer onboarding, contract negotiation, delivery coordination, invoice management, and ongoing relationship management. It is the commercial layer that connects AIC's global supply and finance platform to the specific requirements of each Asia buyer.

AIC's local execution model is designed to be scalable — each affiliated Asia company operates within the governance framework of AIC Energy Corp while maintaining the local market presence and commercial autonomy required to compete effectively in its jurisdiction.

Section 07

Growth Through Regional Partnerships

Distribution PartnersCity GasInfrastructure Co-investmentTrading Cooperation

AIC's long-term Asia strategy is built on regional partnerships — commercial relationships with local distributors, trading companies, infrastructure operators, and financial institutions that extend the platform's reach beyond what AIC-affiliated entities can achieve independently.

Regional partnerships may take the form of joint offtake arrangements, co-investment in regas infrastructure, distribution agreements with city gas operators, or commercial cooperation with established Asia LNG traders. AIC evaluates partnership opportunities against the platform's governance standards, compliance requirements, and commercial objectives.

Partnership development is a planned activity for AIC's operational phase. AIC uses "intended partnership engagement" and "planned regional cooperation" to describe its partnership strategy. No partnership has been confirmed unless AIC makes a specific announcement.
